Vector is... well, look at my Priscilla wall, in decription you can see a manga scan. I've made a vector of Priscilla from that scan and as you can see on wall, it's much better quality than on scan ) Vectoring something meens remaking picture on high resolution (most times using pen tool) since in that way you can keep excelent quality ) Well, I don't know how to explain it in better way hope I was helpful )
